Pattern No. 4807: Belt wraps from back and fastens at front with a buckle. Back section of skirt is held in place with four large buttons. Pockets are inserted along the side.
Pattern No. 4803: Belt wraps from the back and fastens at the side fronts with buttons. "Front section of the belt is laid in an inverted plait." Skirt is "laid in a plait at each side seam" and pockets are "set in at the curve of the side seams."
